When Will My Order Ship?

Your order will ship within 2 weeks from the receipt of your order. You should have your jewelry in your hands within 3 weeks from your order date. We strive to deliver faster than 3 weeks, but all of our jewelry is handmade, so the process takes time, but is worth the wait. If you choose FedEx as your shipping method, your product(s) will be shipped within 3 business days, to arrive within 1 week of receipt of your order.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order up until the time it is shipped. Call us at 708.771.5590 to cancel.

Does Team Blonde Ship Internationally?

We do not currently accept orders outside the continental United States. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska; please see our shipping fees below.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

Sales tax of 8.75% applies only to shipping addresses located in Illinois.

What Are The Shipping Fees?

Up to $50.00 — $5.00
$50.01 to $100.00 — $10.00
$100.01 to $150.00 — $14.00
$150.01 to $200.00 — $18.00
$200.01 and over — Free Shipping!

We ship USA orders via first-class mail (AK and HI via Airmail). If you’d prefer rush delivery, add $15 per address and we will send your merchandise overnight via FedEx.

What Is Your Privacy Policy?

1) Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell or rent your personal details with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only.

2) We receive and may store any information you enter on our website. For example, we collect information you provide when you place an order, register with us, send us an e-mail or call us. This information may include:

Your mailing address
Your e-mail address
Your phone number

3) We may from time to time, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts, should you choose to subscribe to it.

What Is Your Return Policy?

When you purchase any product from us, we want you to be completely satisfied. Our goal is to ensure that the quality, durability, and fit match your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please return your purchase to us (within 1 year of purchase) for an exchange or store credit.

Return Shipping: Please take care in shipping products back to Team Blonde. Please provide the following information with your jewelry:

Your name, address and phone number
Original sales receipt or gift receipt
Reason for return/exchange

We will send you a replacement or store credit within 2 weeks of receipt of your returned jewelry.

Product Replacement: When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once Team Blonde receives, approves and processes the returned item.
